Nanbao Plastic-Rubber Co.,LTD is a joint-venture company. It is located in the
Qixiashan range (the east suburb of Nanjing, 18 Km to Nanjing), borders with
Yangtse River on the north( 1.5 Km to the dock) and Xinshengyu Port on the
west(only 12 Km), links with No.312 state highway on the south(only 1 Km). so
it has a very convenient transportation.
We invested $5.98 million here and introduced excellent
production equipment and advanced production process, we have 500 more skilled
employees. Our technical force is rich , we have complete quality controlling
instrument and our production management is perfect. Our company consists of
inflation plant, shoe-making plant, tube-making plant and processing plant. We
are the biggest plastic-rubber processing base in Jiangsu province at present.
At present our main products are "EVA PE" series foamed
products and EVA sandal. The yearly output of EVA PE foamed board reaches 40000
m3 and the assembling floor reaches 500000 m2. It is used
for making shoes. Unflammable & flameproof PE-EVA heat preservation
material, its yearly output reaches 80000 m3, is widely used in cold
preservation of freezing air conditioner and central air conditioner, heat
preservation of industrial pipelines, fireproof & heat insulation of civil
buildings, sport apparatus, toys, boxes , etc. The yearly output of EVA sandal
reaches 7 million pairs and about 5 million pairs of sandals are export to
about 20 countries such as USA, Japan, Spanish. The yearly turnover reaches 200
million RMB.
